James Duboff

James Duboff

Entrepreneur, London, UK

I have recently completed my PhD in Genetics at the University of Cambridge, after a
four-year undergraduate Masters degree in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry. During
the course of my PhD, I combined the disciplines of biochemistry, physics, pharmacology
and genetics through a number of collaborations with other laboratories to consider the
application of my research to the discovery and development of novel antibiotics.
I am passionate about science and healthcare, so I am driven to make a difference in the
world by improving them. I am entrepreneurial, inquisitive and driven so hope to use my
unique combination of skills both in researching and communicating science to help
advance discovery and appropriate delivery of new antibiotics.
