Mrs Maria De Toro

PhD Student, Logroño, Spain

My name is Ma ria de Toro, I’m from Spain, I’m 27 years old and my research activity has focused on a ntimicrobial resistance in Salmonella isolates: characterization on mecha nisms of resistance, mobile genetic e lements implicated (integrons, plasmids … ) and also an in vivo report of aac{6′)-lb-cr4 of acquisition resistance in 5. Typhimurium.  My current concerns, in order to continue ~ research, a re plasmids as mobile genetic e lements freque ntly implicated in mobilization of resistance genes and persistence of resistance even under free-antibiotic conditions
