Christine's story shows just how important antibiotics are for cancer patients.

In 2009 Christine was diagnosed with breast cancer. Due to its aggressive nature, Christine underwent urgent surgery which was followed by a course of aggressive chemotherapy, suffering with highly toxic blood poisoning as a result and required Christine to undergo urgent treatment with high doses of intravenous antibiotics.

Christine?s story could have been very different. It is a very real demonstration of how, without effective antibiotics, chemotherapy just would not be successful.
